1. Conclusion of Contract

By booking an accommodation with Go2cozy Apartments, a binding rental agreement is concluded. Bookings can be made directly through our website or via third-party platforms.

2. Payment

Payment is made according to the applicable terms of the chosen booking platform or – for direct bookings – in advance by credit card or other accepted methods.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellations are only possible within the period specified at the time of booking. After that, a cancellation fee will apply as per the stated terms.

4. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Deviations are only possible upon prior agreement.

5. Use of the Apartment

The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking. Parties or events are not allowed. Pets are only allowed with prior approval.

6. Liability

Guests are liable for any damage they cause to the apartment or its furnishings. Go2cozy is only liable for gross negligence or intent.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of handling the booking. For details, please see our privacy policy.

8. Final Provisions

German law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction – where legally permissible – is the provider’s place of business.
