1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning team may be held liable for any resulting costs and expenses.

2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations at Go2Cozy within their city of residence. Please contact us if you wish to book while staying in your own hometown.

3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies or in shared areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the no-smoking policy will incur a €250 fee **plus** the cost of special cleaning and any necessary damage repair.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.

5. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests traveling with assistance animals are kindly asked to contact us before their stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys, key cards, remotes, or parking permits.

8. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartment to detect excessive volume levels. Video surveillance may be installed in common areas for safety purposes.

9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss in the apartment and its facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service team.
